S-Video hookup (PLEASE HELP)

I just bought an S-Video cable to try and connect my
Windows XP PC to my TV. I plugged in both ends of the
cable, but I can't seem to find any button on my tv or pc
to turn the cable on. Please reply ASAP please!!! Thanks

you need to make sure you have the video card drivers install from the maker
of the card and not Microsoft. the maker of the card will also have info on
howto enable the TV as a display. This is different with all cards.
