S Video Cable Problem

I am trying to enable the display settings for television
playback, i am following the instructions in the mannual
which says to go to display settings in the control panel
then settings tab then click displays, well displays isnt
there to click. Please help me enable my s video cable so
I can watch dvd's on television Thanks

Plug the S-Cable into the computer and tv and then restart

your computer. If that doesn't work try downloading the
newest drivers of your video card and repeat the first
step!

Also make sure that the video feed is on output not input!
