rwinsta.exe causes reboot

Anyone seen this one before?

I have two Win2K SP4, Citrix XPe servers one has been
showing these symptoms for about 2 weeks and now the other
one has started doing the same thing (at different times).

Every now and again the server will reboot and the last
system event log will be the following:-

Event ID: 26
Source: App Popup
Type: Info
Description: Application popup: rwinsta.exe - Application
Error : The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

To help put the blame on this event the Compaq Management
Log spots a blue screen at exactly the same second.
 
Installed any 3th party printer drivers? Or other 3th party
software, just before this problem started?

To get more information, I would configure the server to *not*
automatically reboot when a critical STOP error occurs (in Control
Panel - System). Next time it crashes, it will show you a Blue
Screen of Death. Write down the STOP error code, the parameters,
and possibly the name of the driver causing the STOP error.

Either post this information here, or check the troubleshooting
tools for this particular STOP error in the
