Russian Language Regional Settings

Does anyone know where I can download a file to add the
Russian Language option to my Regional Settings?
According to what I've read, Russian is not a supported
language, but I'm assuming there's a download
somewhere . . . Please help.

Add Cyrillic locale first, then Russian k/b layout... Is Santa Monica a part
of Russia already?

Unfortunately, unlike other versions of Windows, you *must*
have Windows 2000 CD-ROM to add Russian support.
Please see more details in the "Russian Keyboard" section
of my site.
