Runtime error

I get this error occassionally after I click a link or go
to a site in the web. It also says Invalid Character. I
have search thru Xp help but could not find this error.
Anyone know whats wrong?

Toby, this is an information message. The error is
usually with the link you are accessing. You may be able
to stop them by going to Tools on your IE page -
InternetOptions - Advanced & check Disable script
debugging & uncheck the one below it ; Display a
Notification etc.
