runtime error

i keep getting runtime error 2 at 004062c5 everytime i
start up comp, i dont know what it means any help will be
appreciated thanks i`m using xp pro

hi thanks for your help, i did what you said and the
message only came up when i checked the load system
services box, sorry for being a bit thick but i`m new to
all this, but what do i do now? thanks, angie

Hi,

So enable the services, then go to the services tab and disable half of
them. Click apply/ok and reboot, see if it still happens. If so, then the
cause is one of the remaining ones. If not, then it is one of the ones you
unchecked. Use this pattern of enabling/disabling to isolate the problem
service.
