Runtime error

Hi ,
I have a fault on nero 6 installation, soon as i go to update the apps,
system just hangs.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Ahead\NerostartSmart.exe

R6025. pure virtual function call.

Help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
Try to uninstall Nero and run a scan for malware and viruses then run Disk
CleanUp and defrag in safe mode.
http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/General_CleanTool.html
Open a run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] you will need your XP CD handy.
Try to install the Nero Software.

Thank you to nass.
them nero cleanup tools did the job! I downloaded 3 of them to ext,
drive
& then run general cleanup & reinstall, i now have passage to update
section.
