runtime error, Program: C:\windows\explorer.exe

when I am opening picture files to send one to a site am using, to download or just browse, the system interrupts with the prompt..........RUNTIME ERROR, what's going on.......can't figure out how to correct this...........Thanks
 
In IE, tools, Internet Options, advanced tab, tick Disable script debugging, un-tick
Display a notification about every script error.
