runtime error, out of memory

the following message appears when trying to access my
directway navigator.

Run-time error '-2147024882(8007000e)': out of memory.

Please advise on how to correct problem.
 
When you report an out of memory condition, you should probably indicate
hom much RAM you have installed.

Assuming you have enough to run the program, you may have too many
programs starting up automatically. Go Start: Run: Input MSCONFIG and
choose not to load applications at windows start up. Restart. If the
problem went away, you need to disable some of your startup applications.
