Runtime Error Messages in I.E. 6.0 ...

I contstantly get these messages that say "Runtime Error:
Do you wish to Debug Line XX:" etc.... This problem
started recently and use to come up virtually every time
i just browsed the internet...now it normally comes up
when i click a link that causes a chat window or
something else to pop up....I can't find any help on this
online....does anybody have any ideas?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
