Try to remove it from start up list by locating its entry here:
Open a run command and type in:
regedit click [OK] then locate this KEY:
[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\windows\Currentversion\Run = look in
the right pane/window for the entry and remove it.
Close the Registry and Reboot your machine, does it help?.
I read that a worm created recently can call itself Discover.exe and it
called AutoRun and you can get it through downloading infected Games from
unknown source!.
So, scan your machine thoroughly with an up2date security software for both
malware and viruses.
Run disk clean up and then run this command:
sfc /scannow
