I keep getting a runtime error message whenever launching
internet explorer or windows explorer, something to do
with microsoft visual c++ library. And this only happens
to users who has limited accounts.

The minute I switch their account(s)into administrator
account(s), everything runs fine and these error messages
cease to appear.

Appreciate any ideas or suggestions ........trying to
solve this without clean install of the operating system

Thanks to all,

Jay

Hi,
You IE being corrupted or very less previlage to access
particulr folder where you install IE,you can give full
access to everyone to that folder or reinstall IE again .
