runtime error in musicmatch jukebox

I keep getting a runtime error saying it was requested to terminate in an
unusual way.....I have removed and reinstalled 3 times all to no avail...Can
anyone help me out...this is with musicmatch jukebox....Thanks..... Starla :)

So did I, that is why I dumped it and now use either Nero Showtime,WMP or
Nero Music Player.
