Runtime Error-IE6 crashes

with some websites, IE crashes and I get a Runtime Error message. I have
downloaded SP1, and have tried to reinstall IE6, but cannot because "newer
version detected"--probably because of the service pack. Any suggestions,
please?

Installed the spyware program at http://security.kolla.de/, deleted over 100
spyware programs, and it seems to have fixed my problem of IE crashing.
