Runtime error diagnosis in ie6

I'm trying to track down a runtime error that pops up in IE6 ever since I
installed MS Office 2003 SBE.

I notice in System Configuration Utility|Startup there is one checked item
with no name, no command but a location
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version...

What's this? Should it be disabled or perhaps another item disabled to stop
this irritating runtime error popping up?
