Runtime Error Debugging

I am running the XP home version of windows with IE 6.0
installed. When surfing the web I fre quently get the
error message indicating a runtime error and to attach a
Dugging tool. When I try to start the Dubugger I get the
message that the Cordbug.exe tool could not be found. I
have already changed my internet options to enable script
debugging.

I have exactly the same problem having just updated my drivers, did you find an answer mate?
