Runtime Error Debug?

Hi, sometimes when i am surfing the net this runtime
error popes up and reports that certain lines on the page
have to be debugged....then it opens Microsoft script
editor and from then on im lost im just confronted with a
page of script that had may as well be greek. I would
like to know what causes this problem and how to stop it

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options, Advanced tab, Browsing section - put a
check by "Disable script debugging", and uncheck "Display a notification
about every script error", click Apply, click Okay.
