Runtime Error - btiein.dll

Hi Microsoft Experts,

Suddenly, each time I try to start an Explorer Window or
an iExplorer window I get an error message:
An Exception occured while trying to run "c:\winnt\system32
\btiein.dll download"
I tried to re-install IE6, but it didn't help. Any idea
how to fix this thing? Other then the error message things
seems to be working fine, but the error message if really
annoying.
Email response will be very much appreciated.
