runtime error 2147024882(8007000e) when using marvin windows mqs software

hello i am in need of help with a problem. our firm has a new dell desktop which came loaded with windows xp professional. we use this machine in our lumber yard. we have just installed the software for the marvin windows mqs program which we have used for years with no trouble at all. on this machine everytime i attempt to set up a new project i get the following message. runtime error 2147024882(8007000e) "out of memory" now this is with no other programs running and a gigabite of ram that is over 80% free. the microsoft support search shows this as an error code that appears with windows NT4.0 when you add a shortcut to outlook 2000. i have none of that software i need help as i usewthis program every day .

Is the program compatible with your computer. The CPU clock speed may be too
fast for it.

I am having the exact same rutime error It only happen when I use our profit gold. It never happen on the old computor that has windows 2000.

Has anyone given you an answer or patch for this?
