runtieme error ... debug now

Everytime I open internet explorer I get a runtime error has occured .. do you wish to debug now? Line 1,. Invalid character? I realy dont know what to do.. can somebody please help

In IE,
Go to Tools menu and select Internet Options,
Then select Advanced
Under Browing - check "disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display notification about every script error"
