Running VS2005 web app on framework 1.1?

I'm trying out the beta 2 of VS2005 and I'm wondering: Do I need to use
framework 2 beta to run the web app I make in VS2005 or can I use 1.1?
Is this a setting somewhere?

VS2005 is said to be released - November 7th 2005.
