Running Visual Studio.NET from a Shared Drive?

My group builds and maintains PC based HW and SW for in house test
systems. Currently we have a copy of VB6 on all the PCs and use it to
troubleshoot code on the manufacturing floor.

As we migrate to VB.NET from VB6 it does not appear to be practical or
affordable to have full blown versions of Visual Studio 6 and Visual
Studio.NET on every manufacturing test PC.

Is it possible to run Visual Studio.NET from a shared drive? Ideally I
would like to be able to use the Visual Studio installed on my office
PC. I am ammenable to other options.

Thanks in advance,
Ed V.

Hello EdV,

No it's not possible.
