I work in an office that shares information on Outlook. I want to sync my
private PDA contacts/calendar to my office outlook, but I don't want anybody
in the office to see my personal information.

Can I have two Outlooks running at the same time? One for my work and one
for myself that no one in the office can see.

I'm thinking that the Outlook for myself could go on my C-drive and not be
hooked up to office Outlook system.

Thanks!

not at eh same time.
You can have separate profiles created via the Mail icon in Control Panel -
one personal and one business. Only one profile and instance of Outlook
could be run at a time.

Don't share your mailbox and no one will be able to see anything.

If you still want to share your mailbox, mark the items you don't want
anyone else to see as "Private".

thanks Bill R!
