Running Sum

I have a text box that I'm using to give me a running total. The RunningSum
property is set to Over All the control source is: =Sum([MyField]) but this
only returns #Error. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
 
That only seemed to return the value of the last record - even with
RunningSum set to either Over All or Over Group? Any thoughts?

Is your text box in a group footer or in the detail?

It's in the page footer. Is that what's causing it not to work?

You can't do this easily in a page footer. You can get sums in a group or
report footer.
