When using Remote Assistance on my PC which has XP Professional and the
remote PC which has XP Home, is there any way I can run software installed on
my PC on the other PC?

Sometimes when assisting a friend I need to install software I have on my PC
onto his PC to help improve performance and eliminate problems for him and
this can be a bit of a delay.

If I were to be able to run my software on his PC it would help a lot.

No.
Teach your friend how to obtain and install the software.
Better for you, better for them.
