Running Setup project causes error

Hello,

I've created a setup project and it succeeded, when I run the .msi file I
get a dialog displaying a message "The installer has encountered an
unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with
this package. The error code is 2709".

What causes this error?

According to the docs on MSDN...

2709 - The specified Component name ('[2]') not found in Component table.
