Running report causes query to revert back!

I have a report based on a query that uses other queries that use other
queries. I am making changes in the base query that trickle to the main
query. I have SAVED queries every step along the way and tested the main
query which would run fine. It was only when I opened the report, that I
would get a 'parameter' message (none of the queries use parameters). But
what was really STRANGE, was that the changes I had made to all the queries
that I had saved, all reverted back to the original form of the query.
HELP!!!!
 
I just figured it out. I forgot that there was code that was affecting the
query as well and I forgot to update one of the queries there. DUH!
