I am running Windows XP Home and Outlook 2000 Small Business with all
updates applied.

I have recently updated my keyboard and mouse and video driver. Is it a
good idea to run the Office repair utility after doing these updates? And
do I just run the repair utility from each application, or do I go to
add/remove programs and run it on all programs from there?

I don't think you should need to run the repair utility if you're not
running into any problems...and running it once from any of the Office
programs or from Add/Remove programs should be enough, if you do need to run
it.
