How can I run a program on a remote computer in my network?

I have XP Pro on my machine, and XP home on the other. I
want to be able to run a program on the XP Home machine
FROM my XP Pro machine and have it running there...

Remote Desktop, TightVNC, PCAnywhere. You need to establish a remote
desktop and run the program from the remote desktop. Unless you have a
program designed as a network application. You can then run the program
across the network from your local computer.
