Create a shortcut to the executable and edit the shortcut properties to
suit then put the shortcut in the appropriate user Startup folder. Or
create a batch file and put it in the startup folder.

John

Not as such that I know of, other than the registry run keys. The
closest thing to what you refer that I can think of are the Startup
folders, as explained earlier. Instead of a shortcut you can put the
program directly in the Startup folder and it will start when Windows is
loaded.

Thanks, I'll try this. But isn't there a batch file
that already runs at startup that I can just put
my program into?

You're welcome. If you have a hard time getting the program to run
properly post again and someone will certainly have suggestions.

John

Yes I know this can be done, but I can't run the program
"with" command line parms. this way. I'll do the short
cut way. Thanks.
