running on older framework

hi all,

i've developed an assembly on .NET 1.1 but would like it to run also on .NET
1.0. Is there a policy file that i can write to achieve this ?

There is an option in VS.NET 2003 to set your app.config to enable running
on 1.0, however the source is
still compiled for 1.1.
