I have a Win 2k server running Windows terminal server. I
created client disks and installed on two computers. When
userfirst logs in they are able to run Ms Access. But when
the second user logins they are unable to run Ms Access.
The second user account can not run the ms access from
either workstation yet they are able to open a terminal
server session. Can anyone help?

Yes I installed Office 2000 while in install mode. It
works fine as long as I'm logged in but if anyone else
logs they are unable to run ms access. They get an error
stating the path to the file could not be found. The file
is located on the c: drive.

Which version of Access?
Did you install it while the Terminal Server was
in "install" mode?

And that location is accessible to users?

I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/. Run them as administrator, start
a TS session as a normal user and try to run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors
that occur, so that you can give your users the necessary
permissions on a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
