Running Macros On Startup of Excel

I would like to run an auto-update macro which runs when the Excel
spreadsheet is opened.

This is to refresh the source data from an Access Database.

Does anybody know how the macro can be run in a similar way to an Autoexec
macro in Access?

Any help greatly appreciated.
