Running JPilot Java in Vista

I have a java applet from JPilot that I installed on my website to
allow members to access IRC chat.

Two members have installed vista and now say they cannot get the
applet to run, but can use java on other websites.

I’ve been searched for a reason, both on the JPilot website and on the
net.

Does anyone know if the JPilot is compatible with vista?

yes, JPilot chat works fine on this page http://www.jpilot.com/chat.jsp
On Windows Vista they have to install Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
