I'm afraid what you're asking probably isn't possible
under Windows XP. Interlnk/Intersvr were released with
MS-DOS v6.0 and Windows XP emulates MS-DOS v5.0
The only way I can think of to do it is to make an MS-DOS
boot floppy with either interlnk or intersvr on it and
boot the XP machine from that.
If the non-XP machine can run Windows 95 or later maybe a
direct cable connection is a better solution?
