Does this behavior occur only when you are running that
exe file from one particular network resource, or does it
happen everywhere?
Example.. you're running this .exe on Bob's computer, but
if you put those files on Sally's computer and try to run
it, does it give you the same problem?
Something is fishy here.. it sounds like the path you are
accessing might be part of a webserver on the intranet,
and so this behavior would make sense. Putting the files
on some other computer and trying again would serve to
verify the problem.
