How do i fix "invalid Backweb application ID 7288971"

Backweb is an application installed by HP on its PCs. It's not necessary to
run XP. You can stop it running at startup by using:

Start, Run, (type) MSCONFIG (enter) and unchecking the box for Backweb.
Then hit Apply and reboot.

Some folks consider it spyware.
