running apps over the network

I have 2 windows xp computers and one has a hard drive just big enough for
windows. Would I be able to install software on one and use it on the other.
If so, how. Thanks

No. Buy a larger hard drive. There are programs that will run on a
server, but most consumer-level programs will not.
