Not without third-party add-ons like Citrix MF. The closest you can get
with native MS Terminal Services is to create a full-screen session with
desktop and everything and run all applications on the terminal server.
That will look like a local computer desktop but of course this is not a
solution if you want to run some applications on the local machine.

I know of 2 inexpensive programs that will run a program in "seamless windows". WTSPortal by Terminal-Services.net & AppliDis by Infostance.com

thank for all the help. the wts client seems to work fine, i just
tried it and it was easy to setup and it worked well. the applidis
client i had some errors. and i am unable to see the share that the
program created. so i copy the files localy and the program does not
start or give me any erros. so i havent been able to test it. I also
have a problem with the SOFTWARE TO PUBLISH parameter, it remains
blank when i select the executable to publish.
I saw that applidis copies the file to a folder. would that affect
applications that have files in common like databases?
