Running AD users and computers

everytime I run AD Users and Computers I get an error a snap-in failed to initialize notice. The name of the snap-in is RAS Dialin - User Node Extension. Does anyone know how to remove this warning or repair it? thx, L
 
This sounds like an error when trying to manage an AD 2000 domain using 2000
tools on a WinXP client. If that is the case, you want to d\l the XP tools.
