Running a Word macro on embedded word objects in powerpoint

Hi All:

I have ppt files with many embedded word tables in them, these tables need
to be updated very frequently. Currently I double-click (open) them and run
a Word macro on them, one by one. Is there a way of automating the whole
process, i.e., a ppt macro (plus whatever) that opens all embedded objects
and updates them (with either word or excel macros)?

Until one of our vba gurus can respond, have you tried looking for code in
msdn?

Hi Glen,

Thanks for the tip, but I had already tried looking there, but did not find
anything down the line I am looking for.

Hopefully a VBA guru will "come to my rescue"
