Running a single VB script in a lock-down environment

We run a fairly strict locked down environment and occassionally there comes
a need where some users (who do not have access to network settings or
cmd.exe) are required to give their IP address to an IT support
representative over the phone for remote support.

We had an instance today where we could not accurately determine a user's IP
address - DNS hadnt updated, DHCP was incorrect and windows firewall running
....

Cutting this story short, I have a VB script that would be nice for these
users to run that will just display what their IP address is.

Normally, VB scripts are not permitted to run of couse. Is there a way to
make these Windows XP users be able to run a single script on exception?

Thankyou
