Running a Full System Scan

How can I run a full system scan? I see where I can change to full scan, under scan options, and I
also checked the save box. When I try to run a scan, it still runs a quick scan. Any help, would
be most appreciated.

Did you check the sub boxes too Scan Options under Full System Scan?

I have all the boxes checked. I just can't figure out, how to save my changes. I have the save
changes box checked, as well, but how do I exit the scan options?

There is no exit, after you have checked the boxes just press scan now,
thats it. You can press the little blue button beside "Scan Options" to hide
the Scan Options settings.
