Running 2 presentations

Hi,

I would like to have Presentation 1 running while I am posting race results
to Presentation 2. No problem hyperlinking Pres 2 to Pres 1. When I'm ready
to show Pres 2, I click the hyperlink.

Problem is, I need to work in Pres 1 and post the next set of race results.
After clicking the hyperlink and running Pres 2, Pres 1 stays open behind
Pres 2. I need to close Pres 1 after I have run Pres 2. (Phew! Hope
someone understands all that)

Any suggestions?

Instead of having 2 presentations, combine the two and have the slides from
the second presentation be a custom show. Set your hyperlink to the custom
show and check the box for Show and Return.

Run your presentation in presenters view to change the slides while
presenting.

Hi Glenda,
Thanks for that. I was looking to do it all on one monitor, but for obvious
reasons that's not possible.
