runner error

When I start up, I get an error. Runner Error: invalid
backweb application id# 7288971.Does any one know what
this is and what can I do to get rid of this message.
One more question. I recently installed mcafee spyware.
Since then my incredimail is not coming through. The mail
opens up b ut it is blank. I disable the spyware but it
continues. Never had a problem before then. Can anyone
tell what is the problem. I am not sure how to pick up
thei from this site but send your answers to
