Runner error on startup

Upon startup, a small rectangular notice appears in the
center of my screen. The Blue bar on top says "Runner
error" with the statement in the main body of the notice
stating "invalid BackWeb application id "7288971"". I
must either click on it's "OK" within the notice or click
on it's "X" before the startup will continue. Does
anyone have a solution for my problem? Regards - Irv
