RUNN A DLL

Please help me someone
i have win xp I tryed to install a momo racing wheel it installs almost the whole thing but when it gets to detection i get the run a dll as an app has encountered a problem and needs to close.So i tryed to update the driver for the wheel and it gives me this error UNINSINIT:could not load INSTHLPR.DL
Please help me i have also reinstalled windows or repaired still no go????????????????????
 
I have a problem. When i turn my computer on i get a display saying 'error loading dll'. can you help me? what shall i do?
