i instaled a new graphic driver now i keep geting "Rundll32" has stoped
working. now my usb hard drive will not load as well. any ideas???

Device Manager in Control Panel will let you select the device and
rightclick for properties. The Driver tab will have a button to 'roll back
driver'

There won't likely be a driver to roll back to as she just installed the
card.

Download and install the latest driver form the card mfg's website.
