My Home Network Wizard will not open. When you click the
Icon it just blinks. Rundll32 will open (Task Manager) for
a few seconds then close. I double checked all the target
paths and did a complete system scan with norton.
Everything else is fine. It is driving me crazy trying to
figure out what happened.

I would imagine that your network connections folder also comes up empty.
If so...

First make sure that your Network Connections Service and Remote Access
Connection Manager services are running. If they are then compare the LAN
connections in the connections folder with the Network Adapter drivers in
device manager. If there is a Network Adapter driver that doesn't have a
corresponding connection in the connections folder then try reinstalling it.
