Rundll32.exe Error

Hello:
There is a question needs you help!
When I connect a HDMI Device to Notebook, Event Viewer shows
the following error message un applications.

Faulting application rundll32.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549b0e1, faulting module nvapi.dll, version 7.15.11.119, time stamp
0x46341432, exception code 0xc00000fd, fault offset 0x00031035, process id
0x100, application start time 0x01c7d53ab437e163.

But when I reboot system,re-connecting a HDMI Device to Notebook!The symptom
will disappear!Why this symptom happened?

been infected with a strain of the Whipser-B worm.
